Lake Mountain Resort hosted the graduation ceremony today of the Mindshop Excellence five-day work based programme for Year 10 Students from Alexandra Secondary College.
In a most profesisonal presentation that concluded with the presentation of a marketing and strategic plan for the growth and operation of the Lake Mountain resort to the CEO, Richard Rogerson, students from Alexandra Secondary College demomnstrated the Mindshop Excellence structured work exeprience model adds positive, tangible benefits to the student, school and host company.
The students are taught unique problem solving tools to develop skills in presentation, critical thinking, goal setting and meeting deadlines. The students are seen as real partners with a valued role to play.
