The Board of Directors of the Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network Inc. [CRLLEN] reminds all members that its Annual General Meeting for 2006 will be held between 07:00am – 9:30am on Monday May 15th at the beautiful FLOWERDALE ESTATE, on the Broadford - Flowerdale Road, Strath Creek.

Nomination forms MUST be returned to the Returning Officer no later than NOON on Friday 5th May 2006, being not less than seven [7] days before the election.
The ordinary business of the general meeting is –
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any other general meeting held since that meeting;
- To receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the preceding Financial Year;
- Elect officers of the association;
- To appoint an auditor of the Association for the year: and
- Receive and consider the statement submitted by the association in accordance with section 30[3] of the act.

In addition to the positions open for election, three [3] members from each of the Local LLEN committees are co-opted from within each Shire-based sub committee. These people must be members of the LLEN and come from different categories.
