Do you know anyone ...16-24 yrs old? Unemployed? Not in full-time education? Have they experienced homelessness, drug or alcohol problems, or been involved with the law?
 More importantly... do they love to cook?
The Fifteen Foundation training program is OPEN again. The programme combines time spent at TAFE, work placement at Melbourne’s top restaurants, fantastic produce sourcing trips and cooking in the Fifteen Melbourne restaurant under the expert guidance of a team of talented and passionate chefs.

Applications are open from Monday 17th March and close Friday 18th April.
