The Central Ranges LLEN Strategic Plan 2010-2013 plots the course for our organisation from 2010 to 2013. It outlines our objectives, strategies for achieving our goals and how we will measure success (or otherwise) in four key areas:

• education
• parents and families
• community
• industry

The Central Ranges LLEN Strategic Plan 2010-2013 was written at the completion of our third major review of the local education, training, employment, social and community indicators that contribute to the engagement of young people in education, training and employment. This latest review is known as the Environmental Scan [2011].  We also consulted with local stakeholders across the shires of Macedon Ranges, Mitchell and Murrindindi.

Updating the strategic plan

Each year the Strategic Plan is reviewed after the annual Environmental Scan is undertaken. This is done to ensure the current plan is meeting the goals outlined by the Committee of Management.
