Annual General Meeting 2018

Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network Inc. [CRLLEN] wishes to advise that the Annual General Meeting for 2018 will be held:

Where: Cleveland Winery, 55 Shannons Road, Lancefield, Vic
When: Tuesday, 15 May 2018
Time: 9.30am for 10:00am – 12:30pm (followed by lunch)

At the conclusion of the AGM, we invite you to join us in an entertaining, interactive hypothetical experience, in association with Melbourne Playback.

The 2018 Annual General Meeting will provide an overview of CRLLEN’s work and achievements in 2017 and future plans and projects.

The Christine Cox Trailblazer Award, recognising outstanding achievements in the areas of Education, Business, Community and Family, will also be presented.

A special resolution will be proposed to adopt new Rules of Association:

“​That the proposed Rules of Association for ​Central Ranges ​Local Learning and Employment Network Incorporated be adopted.​”

A morning tea and light lunch will be provided free of charge. We encourage anyone interested to attend and join our association – membership is free!

The ordinary business of the General Meeting shall be:
– To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any other general meeting held since that meeting;
– To receive from the Committee and reports upon the transactions of the Association during the preceding Financial Year;
– Elect officers of the Association;
– To appoint an auditor of the Association for the year.
– To pass the special resolution:

“​That the proposed Rules of Association for ​Central Ranges ​Local Learning and Employment Network Incorporated be adopted.​”

– Other education and training organisations including private registered training organisations (RTO’s), universities and group training companies
– Trade Unions
– Employers/Peak Employers
– Koori Organisation
– Community
