2007 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network Inc. [CRLLEN] wishes to advise members of the details of the Annual General Meeting for 2007.

Where:  Lancemore Hill Conference Centre, Kilmore-Lancefield Road, Kilmore.

When: Monday 14th May 2007

Time: 10:00am –12:30pm

This year our AGM will be a Members Only event.

We will not be combining our AGM with a significant Industry Forum as we have done in previous years. This is because we want the opportunity to brief members in person about the results of the work of the LLEN in 2006, the trends we see occurring over the last four years and discuss planning for the next 18 Months as the LLEN moves to the conclusion of its current contract with the VLESC

We expect to have between 40-50 members and as space is limited, we ask that members book and reserve places early to avoid disappointment.

Agenda

The ordinary business of the general meeting shall be –

• To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any other general meeting held since that meeting;
• To receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Association during the preceding Financial Year;
• Elect officers of the association;
• To appoint an auditor of the Association for the year: and
• Receive and consider the statement submitted by the association in accordance with section 30[3] of the act.

All members have now received nomination forms.

As advised by mail, Nominations opened on Monday 9th April 2007

Please ensure you return nominations to our returning officer, Bill Coppinger no later than close of business [5:00pm] on Friday the 4th May 2007.
