Candidates Respond !

CRLLENFederal Election 2007CRLLEN

On behalf of the members and communities served by the Central Ranges LLEN, we have provided each of the Candidates contesting the federal electorates of McEwen and Bendigo in the upcoming federal election with the opportunity to respond to our survey regarding their plans for education, training and employment provision for young people within the McEwen and Bendigo electorates.

We submitted a series of questions to them on November 8th 2007 and followed up on Friday 16th of November.

On behalf of over 150+ association members and 300+ subscribers to our web site, we thank each of the candiates who responded.

The responses we have received can be found by following the link:

Note: The Board of Directors of the LLEN takes very seriously it's role to independently advocate 'without fear or favour' on behalf of the communities and particularly the young people it serves.
The Board does not imply support for any position provided by a state or federal parliamentary representative or candidate, rather it is our position to encourage and support vigourous community debate. We call on all members of the LLEN to share your thoughts and comments within the discussion forums of this site, or via your local community LLEN sub-committee, to ensure we advocate effectively on your behalf to our political representatives.
