Community projects and partners

One of our strategic priorities is to work with community organisations to help them to reengage early school leavers and to offer sustainable education, training or employment outcomes. Some of our partners include Adult Community Education (ACE) providers, Registered Training Organisations (RTO) & TAFEs.

Our community strategies

Our strategic plan lists three priorities in our community work, including:

  • identifying, developing and promoting alternative training options for early school leavers by facilitating partnerships between schools, community organisations, ACE providers RTOs and TAFEs
  • collaborating with Youth Connections providers to identify and expand current programs, services and pathways available to support disengaged young people
  • facilitating partnerships with local government, education providers and community organisations to improve access to courses and employment
