What's this all about?

The Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network Inc, has established an 'associates' membership with Amazon.com [a US Based online retailer] to allow our website to offer relevant and targetted items for sale. These will include books, journals and mulitmedia items that relate to education and training, community building, online technology and small business.

Why an online store?

The Central Ranges LLEN is trialling the use of these services as a way of establishing new income streams to support the work of the Association.The Central Ranges LLEN receives a percentage of any online sales it makes by people "clicking" through a link and subsequently purchasing and item.

Who runs the online transactions and are my personal details safe?

The Central Ranges LLEN has a detailed privacy policy that can be found here. At no time does the Central Ranges LLEN share membership information with any other third party. This NEVER occurs. All membership details of the association are kept securely offline.

The Online Store is provided to users of the CRLLEN site as a convenience. All transcations between the user and Amazon.com are strictly controlled by Amazon.com.
