WAY TO GO - TAFE!

In 2007, Jacinta Allan, Minister for Skills, Education Services and Employment released a DVD called "Way to Go TAFE".
The videos show that TAFE is a great option for young people, with over 1400 courses on offer that are able to open the doorway to hundreds of exciting careers.
The videos provide information about the quality of TAFE education - its benefits in delivering a hands-on learning environment, its industry skills-based classes, access to industry networks for future work and experienced teachers. It also talks about the social side of enjoying life on a TAFE campus. It dispels some common misconceptions about TAFE and shows what studying at TAFE is really all about.
The DVD is a handy tool for careers advisors for one-on-one conversations with students and for use on career information nights.
