Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121) is a nationally recognised VET qualification giving students the knowledge and skills to work in a range of early childhood education settings including childcare and early learning. Students will learn how to work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard.
This program is available to Victorian school students as part of their VCE or VCAL studies. You’ll get on-the-job experience working with Macedon Ranges Shire Council Kindergartens and Childcare Centres. And when you finish, you’ll leave High School with a qualification to work in childcare.

Annual auspicing fee paid by the school directly to AAG: $215 per student (Government schools only. Catholic and Independent schools should contact CRLLEN to discuss VET materials fees).

Students will receive placement opportunities in kindergartens and child care centres throughout the Macedon Ranges Shire supported by Macedon Ranges Shire Council.
