Central Ranges Local Learning and Employment Network (Central Ranges LLEN) is one of 31 LLENs operating across Victoria as VicLLENs.
Central Ranges LLEN was incorporated in April 2002. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 49 447 109 218 and we report annually to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
We are governed by a volunteer board of management. Board members are elected for two year terms, with approximately half of these positions up for election at our Annual General Meeting held in May each year.
Our board reflects a range of backgrounds, interests and expertise and the communities we serve in Murrindindi, Mitchell and Macedon Ranges Shires.
As per the Central Ranges LLEN Rules, board members are elected from each of the following membership categories:
