• Project Ready continues to grow and thrive and our thanks to Janoel and Nicky who have been actively promoting this far and wide. None of that could happen without you, our wonderful partners, and sponsors. Our results wouldn't be as successful if it wasn't for you all consistently and generously giving us your support to help the youth of our shires. Thank you all.

ANNUAL REPORTS

2024 Annual Report

"With our new Chair - Faye D'Helin in place and with our team settled in our new workplace at Sunbury Cobaw Community Health in Romsey, 2024 saw us get to work developing a suite of programs with our schools.

Working alongside Jeanette Pope we developed our strategic plan and developed an evidence-based framework to help report on our goals:

  • Focus Area 1 - Young people make successful transitions from school to work

  • Focus Area 2 - Young people are resilient and hopeful about their future

  • Focus Area 3 - A robust future-focused program of careers activities in our region.

While losing our beloved Deputy Chair - Sue Marstaeller OAM was a blow, we have honoured her memory with a new Award which is presented alongside the Christine Cox Trailblazer Award at our AGM." - Nicky Leitch, CEO
